"We had a poolside room on the first floor and I woke up hearing music outside (I guess it plays 24 hours a day by the hotel). which was annoying at 3:00 am. I also woke up early because we were near the conference room and the person setting up was playing the music fairly loud and I could hear the bass. The last time we were on the outside and there was no noise."

"The only surprise I had was that we made a few cell phone calls and had an extra $19 tacked onto our fee. I don't travel much, so this was quite a surprise. The whole phone charging process is very confusing to me."
